Personally love using air either from my aquarium pump or a manual air pump and like using helium. Love using the aquarium pump and putting it on a low setting while me and the wife watches tv or play videogames until its discomforting or until she gets concerned with how firm I feel to her. Love the manual pump as more of an intimate thing with the wife in control of the pump and helium I like the quickness as well as not a lot of cramping and a LOT of noises as the helium moves around. Also occasionally enjoy the rare bloating from coke & mentos, sprite & bananas or soda with alka seltzer tablets
